How we handle your data
We keep very little: what you send us, for as long as it is useful, and nothing is sold.

1 Who we are
The controller of your personal data is Enpassant s.r.o., Dobratická 523, 199 00 Praha 9, Czech Republic. Company ID (IČO): 23772115. The company is registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file C 431787.

2 What we collect
Only what you send us through a form or by email.
- Early access form: your email address.
- Design partner form: your name, organisation, email address, the kind of events you run and your message.
- Contact form: your name, email address and message.
At the moment the forms open your own email app with a prepared message. Nothing reaches us until you send that email, and then it arrives like any other email.
3 Why and on what basis
We use your details to answer your message and to take steps you ask for before working together. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
If you sign up for early access, we also use your email address to tell you about Tesserlint. The legal basis is your consent, Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR, which you give by signing up. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. Withdrawing does not affect anything we did before.
4 How long we keep it
Until you withdraw your consent, or for at most 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first. If we end up working together, we keep the relevant details for as long as we talk and after that for as long as the law requires.
5 Who else sees it
- Our email forwarding provider, Namecheap, Inc. (USA), and our mailbox. Emails to hello@tesserlint.com pass through them.
- Our web host, Vercel Inc. (USA). It processes technical data about each request, such as IP address and browser, to run the site and keep it secure.
- Transfers to the USA rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your data.
7 Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, for correction or erasure, to restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, or to object to its use. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@tesserlint.com and we will reply.
If you think we handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Czech data protection authority, the Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz), or to the authority in your own country.
